St Eve’s Garage hold the following data on their retail consumers:

Name, contact details, vehicle details. Should you use a courtesy car at any point we will also require your driving license and insurance details. This is all held because the insurance company require it, so is a legal obligation. Credit card details (last 4 digits) and contact details are used to take payments. This is to fulfil the contract with the customer.

Your data is transferred to our cloud based garage management application, DVLA and any enforcement agencies should you receive a charge notice for the time over which you had a courtesy car.

St Eve’s Garage occasionally transfer data to 2 processors also: the IT contractor and Payroll – all of which we have signed data processing agreements for.

If you are a supplier to St Eve’s Garage we hold contact details and payment details to fulfil our contract with you.

Data is held on a secure IT system and on soft copy in the locked office cabinet.

All data is held for 7 years.
